In three weeks, I brought hierarchy, inline actions and search into one shipped surface. Live data confirmed adoption, then exposed the next job: finding someone in order to act.

I led the design and contributed frontend implementation, connecting category-based upload, failed-row correction and available calculation detail in one production path.

Fifteen months of dementia research narrowed a system-sized problem to one bathroom fitting.

I moved from caregiver stories and systems mapping to a tactile silicone sleeve, then drew a hard line between the concept evidence and the patient evidence still missing.
